NWC is fully compliant with the legislation and regulations governing expenditure in referendums and has a proven track record from previous referendum campaigns.
We are registered with the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) and comply fully with the guidelines regarding fundraising for political campaigning. We are compliant with the Mc Kenna judgement by not spending any public funds on a referendum.
We continue to be committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial management. We believe that setting and maintaining these high standards is a key element in demonstrating accountability to our members and funders. We have stringent financial controls in place, which we adhere to for all transactions regarding expenditure in a referendum.
