NWCI staff members receive a basic salary plus 5% payment towards their defined contribution pension. 

The salaries associated with posts are outlined as follows;

Assistants                              €28,700 – €36,900

Officers                                  €37,925 - €46,125

Co-ordinators                        €47,150 - €56,375

Head of                                  €54,325 - €69,700

Director/CEO                         €82,000 - €97,375
