Campaign to stop diminished view of domestic violence

A campaign to challenge attitudes towards rape and abuse is being launched in Wales today.
The Live Fear Free campaign aims to specifically tackle sexual violence and domestic abuse in relationships and two online videos will soon be available.
The first video will challenge the 'normalisation' of domestic abuse and the second will examine the effect it has on children.
Washing lines have been put up in the Queens Arcade, Cardiff, with T-shirts pegged on bearing images and comments created by survivors of domestic abuse in Wales.
Almost 100 women are killed by partners or ex-partners each year, figures show, while 21 men died from domestic abuse in England and Wales last year.
