Family Day 2012

One Family, Ireland's national organisation for one-parent families, is marking International Day of the Family by inviting everyone to celebrate families and family diversity. The aim is to encourage the celebration and recognition of all types of families.

This year the celebration of Family Day will be bigger than ever as One Family and EBS Building Society are asking everyone in the country to celebrate families by holding their own event for Family Day or by joining One Family at their Family Day Picnic on 13 May in the Iveagh Gardens in Dublin 2 where there will be free family fun and entertainment.
