5050 North West Group, Sligo Leitrim Extending Positive Relations Project and the National Women's Council of Ireland organise a morning seminar on Political Parties - The inside Story from the Party Organisers. Hear how it all works - the structures, processes, roles and responsibilities of party membership, candidate selection procedures and implementing quotas and the attractions for women...?

This is open to any women interested in having a better understanding of how political parties work, women who may consider joining a party and/or going forward as a candidate in the next local election. It will be a great opportunity to find out more and should be a most informative and interesting event!

The meeting will take place on Friday, 12th October from 10:30 am - 1 pm at the Northside Community Centre.
