OPEN Free Training Programme for Lone Mothers - Shaping YOUR Future

OPEN has been fortunate to be allocated funding under the Equality for Women Measure to provide the "Shaping YOUR Future" (SYF) programme for lone mothers.

This is an Exploring Options programme we have developed and lone parents have been extremely positive about it. It's very practical, with lots of information and new skills, and provides an opportunity for women parenting alone to meet other lone mothers, to build their self-confidence and have some time for themselves in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.

We have sent out letters, briefing documents, leaflets and posters in the post to you and would be delighted if you can display and distribute wherever appropriate.

I'm attaching a copy of our poster and leaflet and would greatly appreciate if you could forward these to all contacts in your area.

You may have referred lone parents to us for our last set of SYF programmes and thanks for that.
