Say NO to cuts to Traveller education - ITM Petition

The budgetary cuts in Traveller education are disproportionate compared to financial cutbacks of other mainstream educational cuts and are not in the best interests of Traveller children. Investment in Traveller education is required in order to safeguard the best outcomes for Traveller education in Ireland.

The Irish Traveller Movement have launched a petiton calling on Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairi Quinn, to postpone and review the budgetary cuts that support Travellers in education.
