Submission to the NCCA SPHE Curriculum Consultation

The National Women’s Council welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment’s consultation on the junior cycle Social, Personal and Health Education (SPHE) curriculum which is being updated and will be in place in September 2022. In this submission, NWC outlines what we feel are the most important considerations to ensure a feminist and gender-sensitive SPHE curriculum.
