New Gender Matters in Health Video is now Online!

NWCI, with funding from the HSE, has produced a video to raise awareness amongst healthcare professionals and NGOs of the importance of gender in health policy, planning and service delivery and to support NWCI Gender Matters Training Programme.

It is hoped the video will enhance awareness and support capacity amongst HSE personnel in building a gender dimension to their work to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of women and men including transgender people.

The video has contributions from Tony O Brien, Director General, HSE, Transgender Equality Network Ireland, Men’s Development Network and Pavee Point Traveller and Roma Centre.
