#NoDiscrimination - Protect women workers and maternity rights during Covid-19

Women returning from maternity leave are currently denied access to the Covid-19 Temporary Wage Subsidy Scheme.

This particularly affects low paid women workers whose employers do not top up Maternity Benefit, and who solely relied on statutory Maternity Benefit for the duration of their maternity leave.
