WMB's third annual Cork conference will be on Women - A Balanced Business. Keynote Speaker for the day will be Susan Vinnicombe, OBE, Director of the Cranfield International Centre for Women Leaders.

Susan's expertise lies in women's leadership styles, gender diversity on corporate boards and the issues women face when developing their managerial careers. Susan will also participate in our Panel Discussion on the day, along with Ann McGee, Founder of McGee Pharma International and Mary Good, VP - Technical Operations at PepsiCo. We are also delighted that Lilly are hosting the networking session on the day.
