Women are only 9% of board members in Ireland's top private companies. Even though a voluntary target of 40% was set in 1995 for State boards we are still only at 35%. The EU has asked governments to introduce voluntary measures to bring us to 40% on private companies by 2020. But Ireland is languishing way behind…
