CONFERENCE
"Challenges of Building Culturally Competent Organisations"

Organised by The Globe All Ireland Programme for Immigrant Parents,

Friday 18th of February 2011 in Clock Tower, Marlborough Street , Dublin from 10am - 2pm

The objectives are to:

- Provide information about the Globe Capacity and Awareness Training Programme
- Highlight the learning from the cross-border inter-agency effort to build the capacity of practitioners who work with immigrant parents
- Provide a policy context for culturally competent organisations
- Consider the challenges of building culturally competent organisations
- Offer opportunities for cross border interagency networking
- Stimulate reflection and thinking related to the way services are delivered in a multi-cultural setting.
