Share with the young women around you. Does Halloween mean 'sexy dress' or 'fancy dress'? NWCI's youth project, The Y-Factor, just launched its Halloween Horror Competition on its Facebook page. Check the 'Halloween Horror' Album and say how these costumes make you feel as a young woman. 'Like' your favourite costume and leave comments on any of the pictures in order to have a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. The winning comment will be chosen by The Y Factor team and will be published on the Facebook page before the 6th of November.
