The Simmons Leadership Conference is coming to Dublin, Ireland on November 13-14, 2018. This year's conference theme, Disrupt the Ordinary, is on the need to change how we think, behave, and do business in an era of accelerating innovation.

Now in its 39th year, the Simmons Leadership Conference is a one-day professional development event for women—an experience that energizes, educates, and empowers leaders at every stage of their careers.

A few of the extraordinary speakers headlining this year's program are Dame Stephanie Shirley, who, in 1962, confronted gender bias in the  high-tech industry by starting an all-woman software house, pioneering flexible working conditions, profit-sharing, and other innovative practices; Halla Tómasdóttir, who is on a mission to inspire and empower leaders to pursue principle-based leadership and gender balance, and Malala Yousafzai, whose courage in refusing to be silenced continues her fight for the right of everyone to receive an education.

In addition to these inspiring and timely presentations, skill-building sessions will offer concrete strategies for how you, too, can become a disruptor. In between formal sessions are chances to meet the speakers at a book-signing break, visit the corporate marketplace, enjoy delicious meals, and network with some of the 500 women executives attending the conference from companies and organizations around the world.

NWCI members & friends benefit from €100 off the registration fee. Please contact helenm@nwci.ie for the code. You can learn more about the programme here and register here
