New Training Resource for Women Campaigners at Local Level

The year long Women for Change project has come to a close. A final closing event was held in the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission on the 12th September. The event marked the culmination of a year long NWCI project in which over 150 women participated, discussing issues such as leadership, campaigning, influencing policy and women's equality. 

An advocacy and campaigning resource has been developed to support activism work carried out by women and was launched at the event. This is also being made available in Plain English.
